MonkFunnel ("we", "us") runs Meta ads and lead funnels for course creators. This page explains what information we collect through ads.monkfunnel.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you submit the audit request form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• WhatsApp number
• Company or brand name
• Your course or sales page URL
• Whether you've run Meta ads before, and your monthly ad spend range
• Whether you agreed to receive WhatsApp updates

We also use standard analytics and advertising cookies (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use this site and to measure ad performance. See Cookies below.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about the free audit you requested (by WhatsApp, email or phone), to prepare for that call, and, if you agree, to send you related updates. We don't sell your information to third parties.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our CRM (Zoho CRM) and a copy is emailed to our team (via Resend). If you agreed to WhatsApp updates, your number may also be used to send you messages through WhatsApp's official Business Platform. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy terms.

Cookies

This site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics and advertising cookies (for example, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work without them, though the lead form itself does not rely on cookies to function.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@monkfunnel.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
